2010 Jeep CJ7 Rock Crawler Buggy for Sale.

Complete turn-key rock crawler buggy for sale.

Chassis: This chassis is custom engineered 1 3/4 x .120 wall D.O.M. tubing with four feet of original CJ7 box frame to maintain the VIN. This truck beautifully blends the classic look of a vintage CJ7 with the extreme demands of a competition chassis. All points are professionally welded and the entire chassis is painted with a gloss silver flake.

Motor: The motor is a TBI AMC 304 with 28,000 mi. The motor is a completely rebuilt 304 bored over .30 to 327ci. It has a Performer AMC manifold, Edelbrock performer plus cam, timing chain and gears. Holley Pro-Jection TBI, this injection will run at any angle and has an accessible computer for tuning on the trail. Accel HI-temp wires and SuperStock coil. Custom 2” exhaust to Magnaflow muffler. FlowKooler HF water pump, Griffin aluminum race radiator with 3000cfm electric fan. The motor is mounted to the chassis with a pair of M.O.R.E Zinc BombProof motor mounts.

Transmission: The transmission is a Hydro-matic TH400 with an oversized aluminum finned pan, with a transmission cooler, temp gauge and Hurst floor shifter.

Driveline: Dana 20 with Teralow 3.15:1 gears, Advanced Adapters HD tail housing and 32 spline output shaft, twin stick. Front shaft is H.A.D. long-travel chromemoly 2 1/8’ tube, double cardan with 1410 yoke. Rear shaft is H.A.D flange to 1350 double cardan at the top and 1410 yoke.

Front axle: Dana 60, shortened to 63”, 35 spline inners with custom Dynatrac shaft. Hi-steer knuckles with 3/4” x 3/4” heim joints, Fulltime hubs, 4.56 gears, Detroit locker and BTF front diff cover.

Rear axle: GM Corporate 14 bolt full floater, 4.65 gears, linclon locked, 3/4 ton disc brakes, all stainless brake lines, Custom truss and BTF rear diff cover

Suspension: Rear 4-linked, Avalanche Engineering Hi-Strength 5/8” x 3/4 heim joints to 1 3/4” x 1.875” wall D.O.M tube control arms. Race Runner 2” x 16” Air shocks. Front 2.5” Alcan leaf spring over, shackle reversal, Bilstein 5150 14” shocks.

Tires and Wheels: Super Swamper IROK’s 39.5/13.5/16.5. The wheels are custom Humvee 16.5” x 8” double beadlocks with USA 6x6 8 lug 4” backspace centers.

Optima yellow top deep cycle battery in BTF batt. box, Kicker 0 gauge cable with Painless wiring batt cutout switch.

10 gallon aluminum fuel cell with rollover valve, Duel fuel filters, Holly 25psi electric pump, all Earls pluming.

Corvette master cylinder, stainless brake lines, Wilwood rear brake pressure valve.

Corbeau Baja seats with 4 point harnesses, Grant steering wheel, all stainless custom dash with Sunpro; engine temp, trans temp, volts and oil pressure gauges, Hella headlamps.

Full hydraulic steering with all 3000psi Aeroquip fittings, Orbitrol steering valve, KRC power steering pump, Appleton filtered reservoir tank.

Ramsey REP 9000 winch with Gorilla 10,000lb 94’ 5/16 Synthetic Rope, Aluminum CSE Offroad fairlead.

Extras: Nitrogen bottle and Kartec filler valve, Car cover.

This is a completely custom buggy built to be competition ready, The truck is like new and has only 6 hours of recreation use on it and 20 miles street time for tuning and functionality.

Dim: The dimensions on this Buggy are 142 in L x 83 in W x 78 in H with a wheel base of 102” and has a GVW of about 3000lbs
