-Totally original, rare Jeep Cherokee Chief ‘S’ Limited Edition
-5.9 Liter, V-8, (360 CID) 2 barrel carburetor, automatic transmission with Quadra Trac 4 Wheel Drive
-COMPLETELY RUST FREE. This was a Texas truck and always garaged
-2 Door, Wide Bodied with Quadra-Trac just like the Wagoneers of these years.
30+K Original Miles but the engine has been entirely rebuilt
-It retains its completely perfect, unstained and almost new ‘Indian Blanket’ interior that was a part of this Limited Edition package. Although it was/is perfect, I had it steam cleaned upon purchasing. The headliner is in perfect condition. There are no tears, stains, imperfections in the upholstery. It is as if time stood still.
-New black carpets installed and are brand new
-All oxidized aluminum trim replaced either with new trim or, in the case of the rear wheel hubs, they have been replaced with modern Kevlar invisible protectors and repainted to match.
-New Jeep factory authorized panoramic ‘moon roof’ with multiple settings
-New dual seat heaters with three settings with coils installed into the original seats
-New performance quality cams and headers to enhance performance and take advantage of every bit of it’s horsepower
-New custom ‘gator’ mats for front and rear floorboards just installed
-New rear cargo fitted custom TuffMat, as well as a pull out mat for the gate to protect it while loading
-New rear cargo area cargo net installed
-New, updated, more efficient wipers installed
-Entire body paint sanded, polished and renewed to bring out the original ‘Apache Red’ color, restore its low luster metallic sheen; All black areas freshly painted as they had faded and were dull.
