 Description: | I never thought I could love a car, but that was before I drove a CJ. Ive been the proud owner of my 1986 CJ-7 since 1990 (it had one previous owner, whom i bought it from in San Francisco) and its one of the most reliable workhorses on the road, even 24 years later. Ive driven it up an down the West Coast and would keep this gem in the family, but with a new baby we decided it was time to get a car that could safely fit the entire family (and save some gas).
This hunter-green CJ has been lovingly maintained and is in excellent condition. That said, after 24 years it does have a few scratches and small dents but nothing that doesnt add to the jeeps overall character. It runs well and dependably (my wife commutes to and from the train daily in the CJ), its got 32 inch tires, power brakes, fog lights, brand new Rancho shocks, a brand new 5-speed transmission and also comes with a bikini top and half-doors.
