I’m selling a 1989 Red Jeep Wrangler YJ trail rider/daily driver. I was planning on dropping the Vortec engine and transmission in, but need to sell the jeep to purchase truck for business. (engine bay is large enough for big block engines, but do the research on the 262; just as strong and sips lightly!) If you’re looking for a jeep to take on the trails and also be able to drive it to the trails, this is the one for you. Paint job is faded on hood, but other wise looks good. Axles were temper painted. Custom roll cage (welded by certified master welders) and lockers were added in 2007. Previous owner pulled A/C unit and radio. No power steering set up on stock engine, but is included on 262 Chevy engine. No frills, just thrills! I’m selling everything (minus the engines) for $4600 OBO or $5800 OBO with one of the engines and the 700R4/NP231. If you have any questions, please contact me.
