Engine:
258 six runs strong, makes noise (original, see spares)
six-three-two-one tube header & new custom exhaust
Transmission:
Borg Warner T-18 four speed 6.32 low gear. Combined Ford 3/4 ton truck and Jeep parts for shortest over-all length.
Transfer Case:
1980 International Scout Dana 300 transfer case 2.62 low gear with "texas" bolt pattern (only used one year, very rare). Shortest over all length.
Differentials:
Ratios 3.54
AMC 20 Rear-later model Wide Track & converted to 11" drum brakes (early style) all new components, springs, wheel cylinders, adjusters, etc.
With Detroit True-Track!
Dana 30 Front-currently original-(see spares)
Suspension:
Approximately 4" lift
Rear-after market 2 1/2" springs with Revolver Shackles
Front-converted to YJ 2 1/2" springs & heavy duty lift shackles
Misc:
recent new clutch, heavy duty pressure plate & clutch linkage
4" drop pitman arm, Steering Box Brace, Power steering & in-line fluid filter (& suicide knob! on AMC nice spoke wheel)
SPARES:
1980-81 258 six, recent pull, (personally attest), rebuilt carb, pulls 19" vacuum at 800 rpms. Complete, carb-to-pan, water pump to flywheel. Timing set, ready to go! Turn key.
complete spare D30 front axle Wide Track converted to 11" disk brakes, early style. Warn Lockout hubs and solid drive flanges (Quadra-Track style). Will need new bearings, seals, joints, calipers & rotors (have cores).
