 Description: | 1978 Jeep CJ 5 Golden Eagle 304 V8 AC (not working but all there), 3spd (T-150), Total of 5 inches of lift with 33x12.50 tires.
New Items: New rebuilt transmission, new heavy duty power steering pump, new power steering box, new exhaust, new tan soft top, three new tan seats, new body mounts, new master cylinder and new brakes. There have been a numerous repairs and work done to this Jeep it's in great shape.

Issues:
Engine leaks oil (minor issue, I drive this Jeep all the time and very rarely have to add oil)
Minor rust areas in the floor.
Small areas that are bubbling under the paint.
The rust issues are very minor. This Jeep is in great shape and very solid.
I wouldn't call this Jeep a daily driver but this time of year I drive it nearly every day. Great Jeep with lots of potential for restoration. We took it to Colorado last year for trail riding and it did great. |
