I have a Torqueflite 999 Automatic Transmission for sale. I purchased this transmission with the intention of swapping it in for my manual, but I dont have the time or the resources to do this unfortunatly. THe 999 is a great choice to swap in because its a straight bolt up to the 258 V6 and the Dana 300 with no problems, no adapters needed. This transmission was actually offered from the factory as an option. I will also be including a torque converter. Since i have not used this I have no idea what kind of condition it is in but the guy that i purchased it from assured me that it was in perfect working order when he pulled it from his jeep in favor of his Chevy 350 swap. There appears to be no damage to the outside of the transmission and i have no idea of the internal condition. The man offered me a money back guarentee but i never had it installed to truely know the condition it is in. I am unsure of shipping options and will leave the arrangments up to the buyer, however i would perfer to have the transmission picked up. I will gladly help in any way to assist the buyer with the shipping, it is just difficult due to the size and weight of the item. |
